Within this role this Senior Bridge Engineer will lead and manage our bridge engineering and design group in our Structural Engineering department on a variety of bridge projects associated with Caltrans freeway, highway, local roadway and rail improvement projects. As the leader of the Bridge Design Section at our firm, the successful candidatersquos responsibilities will include being the client contact for multiple projects staff schedules and assignments bridge related marketing and business development supervision, hiring, development and evaluation of bridge staff and implementation and monitoring of Quality Assurance.
